Upa-Yoga

  • We will be starting a very effective process called Upa-yoga. It is a simple yet powerful system of practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system.

    Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, Upa-yoga brings great ease to the whole system. It relieves physical stress and tiredness.

    Within the human system, the energy flows along 72,000 pathways called nadis. At the joints, the nadis form energy nodes, making the joints into storehouses of energy. Upa-yoga activates this energy and also lubricates the joints, creating an instant sense of alertness and liveliness. It rejuvenates the body after a period of inactivity and negates the effects of jetlag and long travel.

Surya Kriya

  • Traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is being offered by Sadhguru as a comprehensive spiritual practice that is ideal for the hectic pace of today’s world.

    Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner well-being.

    “Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.”

    Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

    Minimum age 14+

    2 sessions, 3.5 hours each.

Angamardana

  • Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.

    “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body.

    True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.

    Angamardana strengthens the spine, builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity, taking years off the body.

    Designed by Sadhguru, Isha Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It involves only the body and floor exercises that can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

    Age minimum 8+

  • 8 hours. 4 sessions, each 2 hours in length.

  • Investment cost for this powerful program is $400. Includes 8 hours of class time and teacher support thereafter.

Surya Shakti

  • Surya Shakti is to energize the system to a different dimension.

    This 18-step process helps to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together.

    When we say Surya, we are talking about the Sun which is the basic powerhouse of the planet. Life on the planet is solar powered, including human system. Surya Shakti is a way of using that energy. It does wonders for your health, as well as your physical and mental wellbeing.

    Minimum age 14+

  • For those who have learned Surya Kriya, this program is 1.5 hours long.
    1 Session only.

    For those who have not learned Surya Kriya this program is 4.5 hours.
    3 Sessions, 1.5 hours each.

  • 1.5 hour version: $75 investment.
    For those who have already learn the Surya Kriya, as these practices are similar.

    4.5 hour version $225 investment.

Kids’ Surya Shakti

  • Age group 7 years - 13years of age..

    Surya Shakti is a way of using that energy. It does wonders for your health, as well as your physical and mental wellbeing.

    "Surya" means "Sun,"and "Shakti" means "energy". Surya Shakti is an dynamic form of the Sun Salutation which is an ancient yogic practice with a powerful sequence of 18 postures

  • 5 hours.
    4 Sessions, 75minutes each.

  • Investment cost $160.

Eye Care Practices

  • Eye care practices we offer are a natural way to improve vision related issues which many a times stem from routine patterns of sitting in front of computers, televisions, phones etc.

    Benefits:

    •Strengthens the eye muscles

    •Improves eyesight

    •Helps relieve eye strain from prolonged exposure to computers, bringing relaxation to eyes

    •Recommended for those with Myopia and Hypermetropia

  • 2.5 hours.
    2 sessions, 75 minutes each.

  • $150 investment.

  • This particular version of the Eye Care program is for those who have already learned and are practicing either Upa-Yoga, Yogasanas or Surya Kriya (most recommended).
